The technically diverse and adept CCI team can design and manufacture a wide range of LV switchgear to comply with any particular specification and customer requirements. All switchboards incorporate automatic or manual control technology and instrumentation, which is designed to be user-friendly.
Features can include but are not limited to all or any of the following:
- Asta certified bus bar systems
- Standard and special forms of separation
- ACB’s MCCB’s, fuse-switch disconnectors
- Flexible solutions for cable access entry
- Automatic load shedding
- Automatic changeover facilities
- Automatic power factor correction
- Special construction materials and paint finishes
- G4-G5 compliant harmonic filtering
Manufacturing is carried out to EN60439-1 standards incorporating precision built, custom-made enclosures that are fabricated using the latest CNC technology. Where possible, we adopt a modular and versatile design philosophy which allows for future extension of the switchboards should they be required.
